beat Marathon 1 and played an hour of Marathon 2 so here's my review (in 2025):
M1: very good weapon designs, esp. that goofy pistol that has a revolver cylinder and an in-grip magazine
M2: great geo textures and skyboxes but now absolute dogshit weapon and some enemy designs and plastic cg sprites

i love to use "bluesky": the discover feed is a prank by satan, the community made "onlyposts" feed displays only ~half of the posts from ~half of the users that i follow, and the chronological feed becomes unusable if youre subscribed to anyone who likes to retweet "news" from the so-called "usa"

Been catching up on PTA's films this year myself as haven't seen any before and everything I've watched so far was really good to great. Boogie Nights was the only time I liked Mark Wahlberg in a movie and it made me respect him a bit for whole five seconds until I saw that he "regrets" doing it

fucked up that every haruhi torrent out there lumps both seasons together in a 2009 broadcast order without season separation when we all know that separated DVD order with Mikuru Ep 00 being the first episode is the best and canonical way to watch the show (because I watched that way back in 2008)
