there's also a bunch of ads where it seems like i'm supposed to have kept up on the lore from previous ads to get who the characters in the current ads are??? it's so deeply insulting i can feel it sting a little. we don't have to live like this

i've been watching a lot of TV lately (baseball and Tubi). and even though i mute the commericals, they're really starting to grate on me. too many of them are like... way too into the aesthetics of the set of an ad. ads are so in love with ads, an ad will often be the filming of the ad as the ad

i keep reading trash writing from credentialed losers and it's like. why shouldn't i just call myself a Writer already? my blog posts and joke newspaper articles constitute a more respectable body of work than any of the shit that passes in right wing media. i'm not great but at least i'm not a hack
