I feel the same way about chips / crisps in sandwiches as I do about ice cream in beer (particularly stout or fruit sour): more people should try the combination more often.

This is the cheapest beer I bought in Vegas. Bought it in one of those sketchy gift shops on Fremont Street. Expected it to cost about 12 bucks and they charged me $3.64. Tasted like it was at least 7 bucks. That's what I call great value.

Unlike regular journalistic articles, opinion pieces don’t have to offer data to back up their assertions. But absent actual data, why should I care about this writer’s random string of preferences? It would also help if those preferences were updated to reflect brewing today rather than 2017.
