One reason to redesign the House around proportional representation and multimember districting is to edge out cretins like this, who spew hatred and incitement at residents of the very states they're paid to represent.

Agents in Key Largo, Florida ripped this woman wearing medical scrubs out of her car as she screamed she is a US citizen. Agents cuffed her and put her in one of their cars.

She was eventually let go, per David Goodhue of the Miami Herald, who also took this footage:

Such a terrible idea as it does nothing to address the pending Obamacare premium increases facing American families right now. They cannot wait until tax time to get back the money that they do not have to cover increased Obamacare premiums. His plan will only benefit wealthy taxpayers.
Hawley is pitching his colleagues — and Trump — on a new health care plan that would allow all tax payers to deduct up to $25K/person in medical expenses.

Hawley told us he recently discussed the idea with Trump: “I said...'no taxes on tips, no taxes on health care’, and he goes ‘oh I like that."

This is a BIG DEAL. Roswell used to be as conservative and stereotypically Southern as it gets. It's one of the most affluent parts of metro Atlanta.

But it's been liberalizing a lot the past 10-15 years, becoming instead a haven for upper-middle class professionals.
JUST IN: Democrats have flipped the mayor's office in Roswell, Georgia, in tonight's runoff.

GOP Mayor Kurt Wilson conceded earlier tonight to Mary Robichaux, the Dem challenging him.

For my part, I would say that questioning the framing of some Times stories—for example, the highlighting of Trump’s putative emotions or the foregrounding of what he says (even when, as is often the case, what he says is false)—is not an indication that I want my “views validated.”

Schmitt’s argument is unintentionally revealing.

The “color revolutions” were non-violent, pro-democracy political movements aimed at ending autocratic regimes in former Soviet bloc nations.

If the Democrats are leading a “color revolution,” then Trump is an autocrat & Schmitt is pro-autocrat.
Sen. Eric Schmitt: "This is the language of a color revolution where you're calling on military men and women to disobey orders."

A reminder to a nation with way too many people untethered to facts and truth: There’s no such thing as “The Department of War.” It doesn’t exist. Only Congress has the power to create and name executive departments & agencies. So it’s still The Department of Defense.

Thanks
