What Kirk did with this reporter wasn't a sign of equanimity or good character, it's a sign that he received a decent media training that taught him how to cultivate friendly relationships with reporters in a way that produces positive or tempered coverage.

I don't think people who hate AIPAC are antisemitic. *I* hate AIPAC. But I think if that's the only special interest group you focus on, even if you're right about them, you may be inadvertently feeding into the "Jews control everything" trope. So if you don't want to do that, be aware. That's all.

I cannot even explain to you what a bad idea it is to keep rawdogging Covid. I don’t know if everyone will eventually get some form of LC, but I haven’t seen any studies that suggest a subtype of people who are immune to it, and if there isn’t, it’s just a numbers game.
