Common theme from Idaho SG and now US deputy solicitor general Hashim Mooppan - trans people are such a tiny minority that these bans are 'reasonably tailored' for '99 percent of men' so it doesnt have to worry about the trans women who have lowered their testosterone levels

A least 4 officials in the DOJ Civil Rights Division have resigned over its handling of the fatal ICE shooting in Minneapolis. Assistant AG Harmeet Dhillon decided not to investigate the shooting even tho it’s the bread-and-butter work of that unit.
