Okay so I failed at my therapy homework today but I did do several chores and also sewed in the ends on my hood/cowl thing and wore it while completing my errands which was very satisfying ☺️

People don't want to accept that the primary reason that we have Trump today is that the previous administration completely failed. It should have never gotten to the point where it was in the so-called hands of the voters. It was already too late by then.

The thing that really gives me chills is thinking about how this might interact with the criminalisation of solidarity protests for Palestinians. If a British Jew who protests for Palestine is found to be a 'terrorist', might they be rendered stateless because they could theoretically be Israeli?

In the UK, I face a possible punishment that other single-nationality Britons do not; the law has said yeah, I could have my citizenship revoked, and it does so on the grounds that my Grandparents were insufficiently British.

A literal second class citizen in law! It's not great! Millions of us!

Like this is I believe the case with Shamima Begum. She COULD claim Bangladeshi citizenship, and so had her British citizenship stripped from her; never mind that Bangladesh has bluntly stated that she has not got Bangladeshi citizenship and they would not grant it.

All this citizenship stuff really worries me on a societal level, but also on a practical personal level because my Mum's parents were both Irish.

I can claim Irish citizenship if I want; and that keeps being spoken about as though it IS citizenship. It renders me vulnerable to being de-citizened.

Ludicrous IMO but what the hell: does Starmer *not* deserve to get an avalanche of bad faith screeching, for failing to check what a guy he’s never met was saying on Twitter dot com in 2014? Of course he does, it was him that very stridently made this stuff the cornerstone of his public persona.

Just dont do the gender clinics and just have GPs prescribe hormones and refer for surgeries

i have said this before but if you are actually interested in influencing people beyond a narrow circle of too-online journalists you will be making direct to camera videos on tiktok, instagram and youtube. if you primarily post on text-based social media then you're just dicking around.
