This also ignores that more than one group of people can be targeted for state violence. It’s never just one group

This is critical to understanding the war on terror. Guantanamo Bay is a perfect example where the intersections of Black and Muslim identity is doubly terrorcrafted by the state. Black people (non-Muslims too!) are terrorcrafted w/ the same rubrics that the state uses against Muslims & Brown ppls.
