with looming food insecurity for so many of us, here is a nice tip if you didn’t know.

potatoes can be very inexpensive and freeze extremely well. be sure to cut them down, soak a lil in water to remove the excess starch, store in a freezer bag and remove as much air as possible. tag and date it.

A family of four, making $40,560, qualifies for SNAP benefits meaning thousands of Missouri teachers qualify.

Also, this should not need to be said, because "promote the general welfare" def means feeding people, still it's worth noting that food stamps have a huge positive economic impact overall. Every $1 spent on SNAP adds $1.54 to the economy. As is often the case, doing right is also an overall good.
