Interesting note, this image was originally from a user in the subreddit r/imaginarymaps and is basically a combination of every semi-plausible what-if reshaping of the US they could find. I do think it's worthwhile to note how many of those what-if are very racist in origin.

The monthly twitter ritual of getting worked up over stuff from r/imaginarymaps is odd to me because everyone on the subreddit is 99% "made this for my D&D campaign!" or "what if Burgundy stayed independent & had a colony in New Jersey?" & everyone just critiques design skills
