They’ll be cleaning out the garage and a hackysack will fall out and they’ll go ‘hey it’s my old hackysack’, give it a couple of rounds, say ‘still got the magic’ and be enveloped in the bittersweet cloak of nostalgia.

The pads don't really 'brace' much, but they have two stretchy bands that sort of just keep me aware of the knee. It's very achy on a long hike or a run, but otherwise it only bites if I do sort of lateral movements like a quick pivot or a hackysack-style sidekick (ouch just to think about).
