I'm going to go out on a whim and say that WMATA's large ridership increases this year are from RTO mandates by the government, based on the fact that VRE (essentially peak only) has seen at 45% increase in ridership.

Can confirm that RHP Josiah Gray agreed to a 1 year, $1.35 million deal to avoid arbitration. @jeffpassanbot.bsky.social was first.

Earlier this week, POBO Paul Toboni said that Gray, a 2023 all-star, was “in a really good spot” to be ready to go for spring training.
