Yeah she's loving it. She's in the second year and her confidence has grown immensely. Also the extra year gives her breathing space to grow more. The third is mostly work experience with creative businesses. It's a BTEC Higher national extended. I'm hoping someone snaps her up. She's a worker.

Very nostalgic for me too as you can imagine. It was the fruits of the Cubase SX module of my Music Tech BTEC. Basically every lesson was spent waiting for some 16 bar section of track to finish time stretching. Learned very little about compression, mastering and all that boring stuff.

I seem to be the only one in here who remembers that.

No one else either in his family or here online said anything about it on BTec results day.

I'm my case I'm biomedical - only to a btec degree, but scored really well, somehow. And now I don't want anything to do with the topic, and have forgotten most of it. I've found something else I love more and that's hard to reconcile after these years.
