Another fun fact: This is also one of the first songs I've edited entirely with a non-440Hz A4 Tuning, which ultimately became the standard for all the subsequent Atari 8-bit music I've then created from that point onward.

There is an absolutely horrible whining noise outside that's going at about 440hz (a tuning A note) and I can hear it in every room of the house and it's definitely coming from outside the house and not my tinnitus.

thats how our modern tuning system was born, if Johann Sebastian didnt care about tuning maybe we would be listening to music in Just Intonation or Meantone temperament at 432hz instead of the regular Equal Temperament at 440hz

Maybe more to the point, if you're trying to see which recording is closer to being at the correct pitch (or at least the 440hz standard), I have a guitar in the room with me that's in tune, so I would use it to see which recording is closer

Comecei a experimentar novos padrões de afinação com o alaúde. Até então usava o A4 em 440hz porque era o que conhecia. Hoje testei em 432hz. Achei que combina muito mais com a vibe do instrumento, mas ainda virão outros.
