- I think govt are probably agreed on no retrospective loss of ILR
- they are agreed on earned settlement tiers for new arrivals
- they plan to extend ILR timelines for some recent arrivals, not others
- who they will say on who must leave ???

If annual income falls below £38,700 for six months (for any reason at all)
The Secretary of State would also have the powers add whatever further conditions they want.
