And that's just games! It's not getting into even bigger black holes like literature. Suffice to say if you're even slightly curious and have relatively diverse tastes in media, the chances of you ever running out of fun things to experience before you die are literally zero.

Case in point, I've made a very concerted effort to play through my backlog over the last three years, and have finished 219 games spanning a total of 2792 hours, or 116 24 hour days. That's a *grotesque* amount of gaming. Yet it's still only the tiniest fraction of the games I'd like to play.

Pre-ordering video games is essentially pointless in our modern era in my opinion, and game publishers knows it as they push for extra content like character skins as well as "early access" to incentivize premature investment.

And yeah, it's funny, but have you seen N-Tranced's game over screen? It's an edit from Warped's, and they didn't realize those spikes are Cortex's hair, so they just left them in (Cortex isn't even in that game).

Legend Wemino released his MadnessPatch for Alice Madness Returns, fixing issues in the PC port such as crashes, infinite loading screens, high framerate issues and subtitle scaling at 1080p and above. It also unlocks the DLCs from the complete edition.

Call of Duty isn't even hiding the fact that loads of its calling cards and other unlockables are AI generated this year.

Still salty that, beyond sparse New Donk cameos, NONE of the unique races/places from Odyssey seemed to show up again. We should've seen Shiverians, Volbonans, etc. in party, sport, RPG, & kart games the same way Sunshine flavored the GameCube era.
