In The Labyrinth of Time, entering the Ziggurat without a lantern is supposed to show a black screen. However, the developers put in the wrong filename for the black screen, so it fails to render, showing a black screen instead

The shmups practice has definitely been paying off haha, last year at mag I got my shit rocked by this and had to credit feed the entire way, this time I got the 1cc first try on cabinet.
The EXA versions of these games are soooo stingy compared to steam ver so you aren't allowed many mistakes

you shouldn't be getting mad at people in youtube comments for "playing the game wrong" e.g. "using the bar" or "kiting enemies"
honestly, if you can ""cheese"" a part of a game, the designers probably either saw it as the intended solution or an easter egg to be left in, OR their design just sucks
