There is no ethical way to research what “causes” autism. It’s an inherently eugenicist project. The only practical application for such research is eliminating #autistic people.
One of, if not *the* main cause of autism is autistic people having kids. Research into the cause of autism is part of a eugenic project to keep autistic people from having families so there won’t be any more of us.

Unpopular opinion: Yes, it's bullshit that Ghislane Maxwell is getting better treatment in prison than everyone else because she praised Trump. But it's much bigger bullshit that incarcerated people are treated so horrifically that toilet paper is considered a privilege.

we pay over $23k for daycare for one kid in the nyc suburbs.
"childcare can't possibly cost 32k" for two kids? Yeah it does. 1300 a month per kid is probably a better deal than you're going to be able to find. If you weren't aware of that, then it seems like the writer of the blog isn't the one divorced from reality
