Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.

Spoke to my source familiar with internal workings at Mastercard. The holiday call campaign re payment processor censorship is working, there is a lot of pressure being felt from your calls. This is resulting in increased response times at a core moment for Mastercard due to the holiday season

Currently sitting on $65/$150, thank you all for the help so far, even this much is alleviating some serious anxiety.
Because of a severe loss of hours at my job, my next paycheck is going to be too short for me to pay December's bills at the start of the month.
I need minimum $150 to manage upkeep, I'd feel awful asking for more than that knowing how much others are struggling rn.
