It's stats like this that make me think the government should pull all arts funding that goes to big things like the national opera and redirect 100% of it to local community arts projects.

Is annex Greenland the new build the wall?
It doesn't seem smart to me for someone who loves winning to focus everyone's attention on something they obviously won't achieve, but I guess none of it matters at this point.
