From last night on CBS Sports HQ: What happened in College Park has nothing to do with Maryland and everything to do with Georgetown. Hoyas haven't turned the corner yet, but at least they're in position to do so.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see a rule change prohibiting IBBs - it’s hard bc the pitcher can’t be forced to throw strikes so would need to be something like catcher has to be in a crouch & pitcher must make a normal pitching effort. Maybe ump gives a warning and any IBB is two bases.
I get that intentionally walking is sometimes part of baseball but with Ohtani it seems like the guy is so good at baseball that the strategy is to not allow him to play baseball and I feel like that ain’t gonna fly.

The only possible outcome where that pitch isn’t a home run is a power outage before it reaches the plate. And even then it might not matter - Ohtani might well still hit it out in the dark
