Breaking News: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said he personally instructed the CDC to abandon its position that vaccines do not cause autism. The move underscores his determination to challenge scientific orthodoxy — in this case, that vaccines save lives — and bend the health department to his will.

Fox guest on how to save money during the holidays:

"Remember, adults don't need gifts. Focus on the people in your life who are aged 3 to 18. Grandma doesn't need slippers. If they don't live by you, don't get them a gift."

Can’t believe I’ve ever been insecure about my writing skills.
It needs to be emphasized that this paragraph is about Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

I obviously lurk more than I post on here. I have opinions a lot but I pick my battles. I’d rather repost/boost more informed people, helpful resources, or those whose voices really ought to be amplified.

I also need to actually have hobbies again to have things to post about.

Ok anyone who knows me knows that peppermint hot cocoa is my go-to. I have, in fact, ordered a custom peppermint chocolate milk before. But a potentially fabulous drink does not fix the dozen other issues behind the curtain here, y’all. Also it’s cold outside, I’m not getting a frozen drink, hello?
Beginning Monday, a Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate drink will be available exclusively at Starbucks cafés inside Target stores.

The chains are hoping the drink can drum up excitement from customers this holiday season.

Occasionally I read something that makes me want to write a book on alternate dimensions. But rather than sci-fi, it’s about the alternate dimensional realities that power & privilege, immense wealth, and living on different sides other sociological/psychological ravines create.

Just when you think they can't get any more slimy, they do shit like this.

Everyone will now have to reapply for SNAP.

Don't think for a second that the USDA is going to be able to process 42 million applications in a timely fashion.

That's the whole point.

I don’t think I’ll ever understand how someone decides to ”ya know what’s an untapped skincare market? toddlers and grade school kids,” and then makes the several choices to create that business with no one around them being like “but are we sure this is a good idea?”
