Swim goggles that aren’t rated for impact should be avoided as they may cause serious injury if hit with something.

Choose gas masks that do not have glass eyes. This is both because the civilian masks allow you very little viewing area and if impacted you could take broken glass to the eye.

When you select goggles get ones that do not have foam for the seal. The foam can soak up gas/spray and keep it right there on your face. The face mask should have an organic particle filter. You can find those at any hardware store.

Do not pick up tear gas canisters. They can be incredibly physically hot. Kick them. Play hockey with them. Cover them with a bucket. Do not pick it up.

I’ve been a street medic since 2003. Just use water for the eye wash. Water mixed with milk may cause a bacterial infection. Preferably distilled water in a sports squeeze bottle that you don’t drink out of…

Also, just in case of gas or pepper spray you may want to experiment with putting your speaker in a plastic bag and see if you can still hear it well. This is because if pepper spray or teargas get inside of your suit they will contaminate everything inside. So you don’t want anything spendy there.

I think it’s funny that Trump doesn’t like this cover because he feels it’s unflattering, he didn’t even notice that it’s basically a fan art of Triumph of the Will…
