Apple’s reluctance to adopt web standards is gonna be a more glaring problem as more people start #vibecoding.
If I want to use Bluetooth, NFC, or the file system, I have to build a native app and put it on the App Store.
Doesn’t make a lot of sense for an app with 1 user.

I’m very slowly filling my home screen with apps I wrote myself, starting with notes & tasks.
They’re both PWAs and I plan to stick to that when I can, rather than navigating the complexities of the App Store.

1. GPT 5 tries too hard to be relatable.
2. Anthropic is focused on its core experience rather than churning out a handful of bad products like AI brain-rot TikTok.
3. OpenAI subpoenaed the funeral of a dead teenager.
