I just saw a cyclist to get hit at Shattuck and Hearst. Despite a ton of witnesses, I was the only person to report it or approach the cyclist to offer contact information (other than the driver)

Makes you realize just how much traffic violence probably goes wholly unreported

It hasn’t gone unnoticed that all four people arrested today, including two journalists, were Black.

And now we find out the charge is “conspiracy to violate civil rights,” a statute rooted in the Ku Klux Klan Act.

Sit with that.

Propaganda is not new, but we must call it out. This is state censored/sponsored media, not news. This particular story glorifies the horrific murder of a woman who posed no threat to a blood thirsty “officer.”

ICE just indiscriminately stopped a citizen at a bus stop in front of the co-op. If this is how they treat the President of the Minneapolis City Council who is legally observing, just think of what they’re doing to everyone else in our City.

That includes all congressional seats, every state House and state Senate race, plus statewide judicial and State Board of Education.

It's an old and obvious pattern. An unpopular president - failing on the economy and losing his grip on power at home - decides to launch a war for regime change abroad.

The American people don’t want to “run” a foreign country while our leaders fail to improve life in this one.

They don’t want their atrocities documented.

They don’t want a historical record.

They don’t want the world to know.

That’s why we have to keep filming. Keep speaking out.
