Welp I’m sure the wife is up for another trip to London so I can check out the Sonny mural 🤣
Forever framed in glory on Tottenham High Road

The mural, located on Tottenham High Road, displays Sonny’s trademark ‘frame’ celebration.

It sits alongside his unforgettable Europa League trophy lift with the Korean flag draped proudly around him.

Sonny, forever a Spurs legend.

Had a work event at Charlotte Curling Association yesterday and man it is as fun as it looks. Lotta credit to these athletes and having to find that balance!
The American curling thieves are at it again.

USA steals a third-straight and to take a 6-3 on Norway in this women’s Olympic qualification showdown.

To the 8th end they go. Norway has hammer and needs to find a way to turn this thing around fast.

I’ve noticed Xavi does a ton of work defensively, not something I expected but a pleasant surprise.

CFP = Champions League and you can make this next group just like the Europa League. Remaining bowls like the conference league/domestic cups. Other sports have made it work, CFB can too
Bowl season solution: a consolation bracket

Next two highest ranked conference champs get in. 10 at-large bids

Incentivize participation by paying the winners. TV ratings for these games would be strong and would help raise $$ for a prize pool. I really think it would work.

This is actually a pretty decent coach to fall ass-backwards into after this nightmare for PSU

I thought Brad White was a decent hire, nothing special but still a good start to the staff. This is a fucking homerun to pull Faulkner. Experience running multiple systems, working with all levels of talent. Sumrall continues on a hot start
Buster Faulkner is being hired as Florida’s offensive coordinator by Jon Sumrall, a source confirms. Faulkner spent the last three years as Georgia Tech OC after a three year stint as a Georgia analyst.

The word "soccer" originated in England and, in some situations, is still used. Many old reports written in England will refer to it as soccer, and more recent TV shows and other media still use it. The hostility towards the word in England is fairly recent. I wrote this on the subject in 2017.
Call it Soccer: A history of football words
Part of the #WFIFriday series, written by @JDNalton. The word “soccer” originated in England, and was originally used to differentiate association football from its rugby cousin. Just as rugby footbal...

That's a joke of a penalty, I'm sorry. That happens on every single corner at this point and the referees seemingly only pick select moments to call it.
