Bingo, hiring managers/coaches is typically a crapshoot, most are gonna fail anyways. When you find out it’s not gonna work, there’s no reason to keep banging your head against the wall. Thought Frank would be good but there’s no direction.

I thought Brad White was a decent hire, nothing special but still a good start to the staff. This is a fucking homerun to pull Faulkner. Experience running multiple systems, working with all levels of talent. Sumrall continues on a hot start
