I don’t follow soccer so I didn’t understand any of that but as a 50 year sports fan I understood it perfectly and I feel his pain.

we sacked the previous guy, who played football in line with the club ethos and won us our first european trophy in 4 decades, because the league form was poor and ‘we want to compete on 4 fronts’, but now are being told to be patient with worse football played in worse form in fewer competitions.

I think it's telling we are 6 months into Frank's time at Spurs and the only argument people say against sacking him is it's only been 6 months, there isn't an argument pointing to tactics, data or player development being used just saying it's 6 months.

I don't think that it will take much. A couple of midfielders who can pass, an attacking LB and a manager who wants the ball, and we would look 100% better
