A crime was committed in Minneapolis & it is very much the jurisdiction of the Minneapolis Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety to investigate it, up to and including demanding DHS turn over the shooter and holding anybody working for DHS in the state for aiding & abetting
Can Minnesota do an independent investigation and bring state charges?

There’s no way any ethical journalist could look at those videos and think the story is anything other than what is clearly in those videos. It’s right there. In multiple videos. And eye-witnesses accounts. There aren’t two sides. There’s one set of very clear videos.

I did not know that a 1985 Supreme Court ruling (Justice White) prohibits police from opening "fire on someone who is fleeing unless that person presents a serious danger to the officer or others." Clearly not the case here. The driver was either avoiding an ICE grab-and-go or doing as directed.

A doctor attempted to provide medical aid to Renee Good in Minneapolis. Trump regime ICE troopers stopped him, claimed to have their own medics, while blocking paramedics down the road as well.
When the doctor on scene identified himself as a physician, ICE responded:
