It seems to me that Smith is gambling on a proponent coming forward with money to build this project now that the roadblocks have been removed. And Carney’s betting that there’s no business case even with no roadblocks.
Dangerous gamble for both.
Super cool that we've got a deal for a path towards a pipeline that's tied to a carbon capture project, as if that makes it okay

when carbon capture one of the most expensive and least effective options for addressing climate change, and oil companies often use it to EXTRACT MORE OIL!!!!

In a country where the right to carry weapons is enshrined in the constitution I would argue that violence very much has a place in America.
Violence has no place in America. Michelle and I are praying for the servicemembers shot in Washington, DC today, and send our love to their families as they enter this holiday season under the most tragic of circumstances.
