You can see vultures don't have bulky feet and talons built for grasping/carrying like other raptors. Their more chicken-like feet are meant for bracing on food to pull at it with their powerful beaks, instead.

So here’s what I’ve tried, and it’s GOOD, but not ZAP POW KER-BIFF WHOA DANG as yet, so I need to tweak things:
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
1 Tbsp Chili oil
It works! But I think it needs a bit of fine-tuning. Maybe more sweetness? Or reducing the umami?
