Yesterday I finished a charming nonfiction book: Raising Hare by Chloe Dalton. This is about a woman in the English countryside who finds a baby hare, takes it home to raise it and her reflections on nature and the hare. It is pastoral, poetic language and I highly recommend this one. 💡📚 #booksky

With the Kirk assassination becoming clearer, we need to talk about the radicalized, Right Wing subculture that carries out terrorism and mass shootings.

They’re an essential part of MAGA and so people really don’t want to see what is undeniable.

In the past 2 days, the youth of Nepal have:

- burned down their parliament
- burned down politicians houses
- made their corrupt PM resign

And that's the story of how they no longer have a horrible, corrupt government that doesn't represent them... ✅️✊🏽

Absolutely tremendous stuff. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

When Boudica's daughters were raped by Roman officials in AD 61, she gathered the Britains and burned London in such a fiery inferno that a layer of ash can be found still beneath London, known by archeologists as the "Boudican Destruction Horizon".

In 1902 London erected a statue in her honor.

We’re delighted to share that ANNIE BOT by Sierra Greer, and published by The Borough Press, has been announced as the 39th winner of the Arthur C. Clarke Award science fiction book of the year!
