Ich hab letzte Nacht geträumt, dass ich in den bloßen Händen einen großen Haufen geriebenen Parmesan durch eine Turnhalle transportieren musste und dabei nicht erwischt werden durfte. Als die Lehrerin kam, hab ich mir alles schnell in den Mund gestopft.

I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.

So here is the thing about teenagers: they are children playing at adulthood. That cognitive dissonance is hard for a lot of ppl & doesn’t mesh w a society based on reducing everyone to a consumer demo. Our job as adults, tho, is to provide them w the safety & support networks they need 1/5
