I don't understand this. Who was asking for more chatbots in 2022, much less now? Chatbots universally make my UX worse? I have not once in my life had an interaction with a chatbot that didn't end with me either speaking to a human or frustrated and seeking a different vendor.
I was actually trying to read the article, but had to scroll past & work to avoid any stray clicks landing on this:
