...ok I get the urge to use this framing but acting like it's an emergency because otherwise they might kill more white women when we don't even have a great count of the POC they've killed in detention or while kidnapping them certainly is a choice while bringing up white supremacy.
We are far past the stage of permissiveness with white-supremacist violence inside DHS. We are witnessing ICE transition into a death squad.

I think it would behoove more Democrats to consistently refer to ICE as a paramilitary or secret police force to divorce what ICE/CBP are doing from any notion of immigration enforcement.

I broke the story yesterday that masked ICE agents (not DOJ) were removing items including a personal computer from the home of Jonathan Ross, the ICE agent who shot Renee Good. I have yet to see a single news outlet cover this or an elected official even acknowledge it.

A friend who is working to organize rapid response told me this yesterday:
ICE is snatching people as they get out of their cars at gas stations, leaving the cars at the pumps, often with the doors wide open. People responding have to move the cars and then find out how to reach family.

Kind of feel like a lot of politicians, even in Minnesota, are misreading the implications of this moment. I feel like the past three days have been tremendously radicalizing for so many people. I have witnessed it even in my own small communities, it goes beyond just incandescent rage.
