It's been a while since I boosted this post, so I'm doing it again.

Click through for suicide prevention resources. Only the first page is the 988 network, & there are 3 more pages of specific resources for LGBTQ+, vets/SMs, etc.

Share to save a life! You matter, the 🌎 is better with you in it.

National Crisis Line: 988

For Veterans: 988, press 1

The above lines are the only ones tied into the National 988 network. All the rest in this thread are not.

Not good nor appropriate.
WTF?!!!

US Dept of Justice & U.S. Marshal Service deputizes Muck’s body guards as Deputy U.S. Marshals

More than just authority to carry a gun in Federal facilities - Federal crime to lie to a Federal law enforcement officer, powers of arrest, search & seizure, etc

Go community now. I’m involved with a school, a sports league, two local governments, a neighborhood, and a partridge in a pear tree. I’m walking the walk. You can do (at least some of) it too. Democracy needs you every day, not just the Tuesday after the first Monday in November every other year.

Here’s how to disable this insulting shit:
Here is how to disable Copilot in Word on a Mac. My version was slightly different. It was this:

Expand "Word" menu > Preferences > Personal Settings > Privacy > go down to "Connected Experiences" and click Manage Connected Experiences > uncheck all the boxes > restart Word (cont'd)
