I think what's worse is that it goes well-beyond (and in a way, also falls short) of a military occupation -- this isn't occupation, it's a hot war featuring a secret police militia nightmare roving and roaming and terrorizing the populace. This is brownshirts shit. ICE is a sanctioned terror gang.
Its not that the media is not covering what is happening, but it does feel like the military occupation of an American city should be treated as a national crisis.
