One thing I will never truly understand is why Disney park vloggers bang on about the food as though it's something you *HAVE* to factor in to your visit because the it's is so good? It's really not. If you're staying on site in the parks, sure, you have to eat there. Off site? Go elsewhere.

Were 90s kids clamoring for a Batman cartoon with 1930s Art Deco aesthetics? Is that what the market demanded? Or did some really smart creative people have a vision and make a genre-defining hit that sustained 20 years of TV shows? If you want success look for vision, not just metrics.

I pressed pause on an Arthurian YZE TTRPG because Mythic Bastionland just ticked every box possible for that kind of game and I couldn't see what I would bring to the table that MB or Pendragon wasn't already doing, but I think I am going to go in to 2026 and say "Heck it!" and just do it anyway.
