Windpark bei einem Dorf, welches zu Erlangen gehört. Der Betreiber kann ca. 2.5% des Ertrags den betroffenen Gemeinden freiwillig zahlen. Es geht offensichtlich darum, dass die betroffenen Menschen einen Vorteil haben, da sie ja die Anlagen vor der Nase haben.

Wenn das heißen soll, dass sie unverändert bleiben, wäre das eine gute Nachricht - denn im 10-Punkte-Plan von Katherina Reiche klang es noch so, als ob sie abgesenkt werden sollen.
