the defensiveness and incredulity of a good chunk of the commentary class toward arguments about trump’s racism is, imho, downstream of the same impulse behind the endless trump voter safaris and self-flagellation about being out of touch with the heartland
Thinking back to how people were "hysterical" for calling trump white supremacist and now he's doing nordic theory on the campaign trail

Especially since the thing that the actual, real polling data conclusively demonstrates is the most voters don't have set-in-stone policy beliefs - you can get wild 30% point swings in issue polling by polling the same policy framed two different ways in the poll question

Jesus, just stop. Democrats are winning now.

And if some voters feel this way about Democrats, a major reason is that THE FUCKING CONSULTANTS KEEP SAYING THE PARTY IS TOO LIBERAL AND OUT OF TOUCH. They incessantly reinforce the stereotype.

Fuck this guy, grind him to dust in the primary.

This entire grift relies on convincing people that they don't know how to do the things they have always known how to do, and ironically, if it works, we will, in a very short amount of time, forget how to do all the things we have always known how to do.

we all got cowed into avoiding "virtue signaling" as if the public affirmation of socially agreed upon ethical principles was somehow cringey instead of a significant part of what a "society" even is. now all there's left is vice signaling, and it's reshaping society.

hey a fun thing is that if congress is delegating authority to an independent agency then by definition that agency is not "unaccountable." it is still accountable to congress. and it is interesting (read: extremely frustrating) to me that these people just write congress out of existence here.
Kavanaugh: Broad delegations to unaccountable agencies are dangerous for individual liberty! We have used the major questions doctrine to prevent agencies from overreaching.

They're going to destroy public education in the United States - part of their plot to enslave us - and they don't care how many of our kids need to die to make that happen. This is explicitly what all the people who helped Trump win were trying to achieve.

I wonder how long it'll be before SCOTUS decides to tear down all vaccine requirements by mandating bullshit religious exemptions. Part of their overarching goal of destroying public school in part by making it unsafe for middle class parents to send their kids to
The Supreme Court asks Trump's Justice Department to weigh in on a pending challenge to New York's COVID vaccine mandate for health care workers, which lacks any exception for religious objections. Suggests that some justices are looking at this one closely. www.scotusblog.com/cases/case-f...
