The government today filed its fifth (5!) motion for extension of time to certify compliance with a court order in Dan Richman’s civil suit.
Judge Kollar-Kotelly granted the motion — but directed that any further motions to extend must be filed one full business day in advance.

WHOA. This ICE plane just left Senegal. There is no flight data on ADSBx showing it leaving SJU or where else it stopped in Africa. Which is extremely weird because ADSBx has good feeder coverage over San Juan, and civilian aircraft are not allowed to turn off their ADS-B signal. Looking into it.
