Dans une décision rendue le 27 novembre, le tribunal administratif de Paris a refusé de permettre à l’hebdomadaire de licencier Christophe Nobili. Depuis que ce journaliste a révélé la rémunération cachée de la compagne d’un ex-dessinateur, la direction tente tout ce qu’elle peut pour s’en séparer.
