Huge respect to the papers for finding both an 88 year old worried about the tax bill on her 6 bedroom Kensington house and a 20 year old fretting about only being able to save £12k a year tax free.

It beautifully exposes the absurdity of using anti-terrorism laws to suppress an activist group. Legislation on e.g. terrorism funding was written with 'money for guns moved around offshore accounts' in mind, not payments of book royalties.

Just blocked someone for implying all straight men are responsible for Andrew T*te. It doesn't work like that. Gay men aren't responsible for Wes Streeting, black people aren't responsible for Eric Adams, Pakistanis aren't responsible for Shabana Mahmood. That's how the far right apportion blame.

When you see "14 years of x" line, it tells you you're dealing with someone who can't analyse politics without a party lens.

How should Labour tackle 14 years of mismanagement? I'd like to hear some realistic alternatives, considering the available resources in law professionals, university places and tutors and physical spaces. All I've read so far here is 'throw money at it' without considering the resource implications
