I'm looking at this document on my phone and am only now discovering that it's 104 pages. Just glancing through it, it looks like the whole thing is this kind of screed. If you're not a lawyer I don't know how to convey how bizarre and inappropriate all of this is.

At a recent presentation about a local data center a real estate guy was talking about "paying for the electrons" and I think this is just the lingo they're using instead of "power"
That’s a fair criticism. Energy industry marketing is replete with sound bites about electrons (trying to make something boring sound sexy), but it is certainly a considered political choice in the AI context.

If you want to use the Nazis and the Japanese Empire as an analogy, this is what works. We didn't think Chiang Kai-Shek or Stalin were good guys. Roosevelt famously thought De Gaulle was an arrogant colonialist dickhead (and he was right!). But you throw weapons at them and see what they can do.
