The fact that every right winger with influence screams "who is paying for all of this" tells you exactly how awash in cash they all are, and how much they rely on that to keep their movement afloat.

I’ve started using the term “ethnic cleansing campaign” to describe the ICE occupation here in Minnesota. This is deliberate because the reality on the ground is that, at a given moment, any non-white person can be kidnapped by masked federal paramilitaries regardless of their constitutional rights.

i remember thinking literally everything else was wrong with me before finally admitting the scariest option. oh, it's just this. oh, it's just that. an entire 20s spent in that cycle. Took my until my late 20s to even CONSIDER this as possible, then more years of consciously shying away from it.
i also think there are a lot of us who come to being trans later in life and it's harder to justify outside the single frame of "ive known since i was little." i knew something was off, and i was miserable, for a very long time before i had the words for it. it's not simple. but still real.
