If you are unwell with any winter virus or COVID-19, staying at home to recover is usually the best option.
Doing that also helps reduce transmission in the community. If you do need to go into an indoor setting, a well-fitting mask can help protect others around you.

In Schulen verbreiten sich Coronainfektionen besonders gut. Wiederholte Infektionen begünstigen die Entstehung von LongCovid. Besonders gefährdet sind Frauen und Kinder. Vgl. Veröffentlichung des BMG. Es fehlt leider an ausreichenden FoBi und dem Willen dies ernst zu nehmen t.co/0ZA3RoZbwf
