we need to make centrism a dead letter politically. It has been for a long time, obviously, but it has been artificially extended by too many overly cozy incumbents like Schumer and people who still think they can make it the 90s again through magic and/or science
Pay attention to what Democratic candidates are saying right now. Find and support the fighters. Having a spine must be a litmus test issue in 2026 and beyond.

I have mixed feelings about the Del Toro Frankenstein, and I see where people are coming from with the 'happy ending', but in fairness the novel also has a happy ending if you're a member of that crew: 'thank God that crazy scientist came on board, or we'd have never turned back'

Where do I even begin? Guillermo del Toro @realgdt.bsky.social has created an absolute masterpiece. I only wish I’d had the chance to experience it on the big screen. The story of Frankenstein has been told countless times, but never like this.
