Hello. This is a post purely designed to be pinned to my profile to advertise my stand up special, Hit Me With Your Autistic. I promise this shameless plug isn’t reflective of the entirety of the rest of my feed. You can watch it for free here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Bpp...
Remember, when journalists just let trans people live their lives in peace, it’s “ideological capture”, but when they use their own personal anti-trans beliefs to lead a campaign to close down the only place in the country trans youth received healthcare, it’s absolutely fine, nothing to see here.

The more this farcical anti-phone charade goes on, the more I’m convinced that Esther Ghey was/is actually transphobic, resented the fact that Brianna was trans, and blamed the phone/social media for making her trans. It’s the only logical explanation I can come up with to explain this bullshit.
On Brianna's 19th birthday, this morning I joined @cheshirepcc.bsky.social and the Brianna Ghey Legacy Project Phone Free Education campaign at the launch at Jodrell Bank of a new £150k initiative to make Cheshire the first county in the UK where ALL state high schools have lockable phone pouches.

Between 2008 and 2014, Mock The Week used to release Scenes We’d Like To See books. Literally just pages with a topic at the top, and a range of mediocre one-liners below. They made 8 of the fucking things.
This is literally just a book of scripts from their sketches. This is the kind of thing people bought in the 80s.

Being on BlueSky and not Twitter, I sometimes forget just how ridiculous anti-trans activists are, and then I see one post something like “genders hadn’t been invented when I was born”, and all I can do is question how they got to this point in life.

Yeah, I suppose Sex Matters is a human rights charity, if you stretch the definition to include organisations that actively fight against humans having rights.
'hate group'
Sex Matters is a human rights charity, whose stated mission is to promote clarity about sex in law, policy and language in order to protect everybody’s rights.
I suggested you might be paranoid as a joke, but now I'm not so sure.

Also "FELT a right to use a female-only facility at work", let's just ignore that she actually had and still has a right under the law because that is what the fecking law still says
It is utterly insane to claim that BBC News has a “pro-trans bias”, when they are currently publishing articles in which they describe trans women as “a biological male who identifies as a woman”. That isn’t them quoting anyone, that is them choosing to use the language of gender critical bigots.

Fun fact: The ECU actually used the phrase “trans identity”, not “trans ideology”, and, in editing that quote, this BBC article about a presenter expressing anti-trans views breaching editorial guidelines has itself breached editorial guidelines. www.bbc.co.uk/news/article...

Last night, I saw Busted perform Crashed The Wedding (2003), Meet You There (2003), and You Said No (2002), to then unironically introduce the next song with “do you want to hear an old one?”

So, Wes, you’re definitely going to learn something from Zohran’s support for trans rights and accessibility of trans healthcare, right? Right? Wes? Hello?
Absolutely insane.
Labour would have purged and smeared someone like Zohran Mamdani.
Wes Streeting's politics align far more closely with Andrew Cuomo.
The lessons from Mamdani are about how to defeat both the right - and the bankrupt "centre".

Everybody can thank Maya Forstater and her gang of bigots for this, bankrolled by you know who.
Yeah, I'm sorry but the idea that being a racist cunt is a protected characteristic now is extremely clearly not the intent of the law and it's ridiculous to pretend it is.
The District Judge doesn't consider each of the 5 limbs of Grainger, neither does he set out what Tommy Robinson said his beliefs were. How does this lead to a conclusion of Robinson having a protected belief?

As many have pointed out, Mamdani didn't stand apart from our trans brothers and sisters. He didn't play the "Gee, gosh, it sure is complicated," milquetoast moderate card. And he crushed.

Saw a news report yesterday about children as young as 9 being given weight loss jabs on the NHS, and I think it shows just how utterly bullshit the “lack of research into long term impacts” excuse for banning puberty blockers for trans kids really was. It’s purely ideological.

I’m sure it wasn’t his intention in revealing this, but there’s something so funny to me in the idea that Graham Linehan’s marriage was falling apart due to his bigotry, and his first thought was to call Jimmy Carr and ask for his help. Getting marriage counselling from the Your Face Or Mine bloke.

I would love Jimmy Carr to explain what was brave about Graham Linehan harassing female colleagues including Cariad Lloyd, Aisling Bea & Katherine Ryan. What was brave about slandering trans allies as "groomers". What was brave about allegedly causing criminal damage to a teenagers belongings.
The utter garbage of rewarding "bravery" in regards to a man whose primary defense mechanism is to call people pedophiles.
Jimmy and Graham are made for each other.

It’s very noticeable to me how painfully fucking dishonest Jimmy Carr was about Graham Linehan’s bigoted views in order to justify his support for Glinner. Genuinely pathetic little man.
Just seen Jimmy Carr supporting Graham Linehan, and it’s nice to see that Jimmy is such a big supporter of free speech (as long as the Saudi Arabian government aren’t paying him not to be).

Nothing says “protector of women” quite like Graham Linehan fictionalising the words of a dead man to attack a woman that disagrees with his bigotry.
If you're wondering what Carbonara Spinster Graham Linehan is up to, he's currently putting words in a dead man's mouth.
