I used to feel bad about how much I hated his performance in Justified. He ruined that whole season for me and I used to feel guilty that it was mostly that I didn’t like the way he looks and sounds. Now I just feel…ahem…justified.

He can be impeached. Same procedure as impeaching a POTUS. House votes for it & Senate holds trial. A POTUS cannot pardon away an impeachment. trump can also fire him but really I don't see either scenario happening with the Congress we have now.
