dear whoever is advising Elizabeth Warren to post "and what about the price of hamburger meat" every 12 hours no matter what else is happening in the world,

can you at least have her put in something constructive like what she'd do about it if she had a majority

Not possible to reform this
Marimar Martinez was shot by Border Patrol five times.

DHS accused her of being a domestic terrorist.

She went to court to get the body cam footage released.

It shows Agent Charles Exum driving with his gun drawn.

Saying “do something b*tch”.

Ramming her car.

Shooting her.

It shows DHS lied.

Everyone who keeps saying AI is getting better doesn't have to work with it. It still sucks and lost the plausible deniability of an emerging tech it had when people spat that line at you five years ago.

“Scholarly attention has rightly focused on the forced reproduction of enslaved Black women, but that focus need not come at the expense of understanding the position of enslaved Black men, who were also denied sexual autonomy, including the ability to choose with whom they would have children.”

I have a friend who said, of Starfleet Academy, that this took them out of it - that seeing a person in a wheelchair in the 32nd century seemed unrealistic, since medicine in Star Trek "should be able to cure whatever was wrong with them."

That's not the case, for any number of possible reasons.

Still think it's really fucked up that the President can target a whole state and terrorize it and do ethnic cleansing and whatnot and life just goes on I guess without impeachment or a government shutdown or something.

The SAVE act also forces states to submit their voter registration lists to the DHS! I know we’ve been focused on voter ID but that’s only the tip of the iceberg !

Many Trump agencies are functionally the opposite of their intended purpose but it's pretty hard to beat an EPA that stops considering human health in favor of just considering regulations' costs to businesses and rolls back the CO2 endangerment finding. Like that's EPA inside the mirror realm.

"Withdrawal" is a bald-faced ploy to let Dem leaders to act like their deal with the Devil and failure to shut down an out-of-control Federal government was effective while quietly continuing ICE funding so the Trump administration can sextuple-down on kidnapping and murdering us in the light of day
I am wary of any politicians doing a victory lap today before we’ve seen on the ground that ICE has left. Their surety makes me think that they negotiated something and I think they owe it to us to be as transparent as possible about what that is.

Disagree respectfully. As far as I am concerned articles of impeachment should be brought to the floor over and over as many times a it takes to have him convicted. It isn’t as if Congress is doing anything else for the average American. DJT commits new impeachable offenses weekly if not daily.

Can't reply, so I'll just quote post. One can absolutely be in favor of AI technology and see its value as a tool while also being against the malicious overinvestment, rampant under-regulation, obnoxious scams, and overall damage that the finance class is causing as it relates to the AI industry

Minnesota, you won. Much of ICE are leaving. Don't trust this. They are trying to get the funding bill passed. Once the bill passes they'll be back at it either by you or someplace else.
